We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. Orders will need to be made by 3pm to be shipped on the same day. Any orders made after 3pm will be shipped the next working day. If you are ordering on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped the following Monday.

European Delivery Information

All European orders are sent with Royal Mail and passed on to your local postal service. Any taxes and duties will need to be paid by the recipient of the order. For any orders that are returned back to us because customs and taxes were not paid the cost of delivery and any other charges attached to the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Delivery Information.

We are unable to take responsibility for any missing orders if the tracking information is shown as delivered.

If you believe your delivery is delayed please contact us within 14 days of your order being dispatched. This will enable us to raise an investigation with our courier. For any issues raised after 14 days of dispatch we will not be able to guarantee a refund.
